We believe that informed citizens are the backbone of our country, and our mission is to educate and inform by providing information on state issues as well as our local government and representatives. We know how busy you are, and have done our best to compile information and links to a multitude of resources that we hope you will find helpful The material to get started can be found throughout this website, but it’s up to you to make a commitment to use it to educate yourself, and then get involved. Welcome! While some would deny it, the American experiment has been a positive force for good throughout the world. The truth is that throughout history most of mankind has never experienced the freedom and prosperity that we take for granted. Make no mistake, this is the very reason that people from around the world risk everything to come here legally……. and illegally. As a people, we have strayed far from our values of self governance and self reliance, family values, honor, integrity and civility toward others. We are now characterized by entitlement, subsidies, stifling regulation, and routine doublespeak. When personal self governance and reliance become lacking, institutional governance is more than happy to fill the void. Bloated, intrusive and arrogant government at all levels so routinely ignores the supreme law of the land, otherwise known as the Constitution, that it is barely noticed. If we accept this lawlessness, then no one is ultimately safe. Thomas Jefferson once wryly noted, “An elective despotism was not the government we fought for”. But the problem is none other than our own. Our unsustainable national debt, and out-of-control and corrupt government are merely reflections of the people we’ve become. Rather than acting like the engaged sovereign citizens that a free republic requires, we have handed the reigns of governance over to our civil servants –while pursuing our own personal peace and prosperity. As Jefferson also warned, “The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground”…… and we must steadfastly resist this! Further, We the People have allowed our leaders, educators, and the media to divide us on so many issues that it is nearly impossible to focus on the real problems that exist in our communities, state and country. Common sense and civil discourse have come to the top of the endangered species list. The time has come to set aside our differences and unite together as neighbors, families, and citizens to stand for all that is right and good about our country. It’s important to understand that if freedom minded individuals cannot stay focused on defeating those who seek global governance and the end of our sovereignty, we will soon no longer enjoy freedom. Instead each of us will become one of many in a system that does not celebrate individualism, but rather collectivism. This website is about pulling Montanans together for a common cause: SAVING OUR WAY OF LIFE, OUR FREEDOM, OUR COMMUNITIES, OUR STATE, AND ULTIMATELY OUR COUNTRY. We will also strive to build synergy between like minded individuals, groups and organizations throughout Montana to FOCUS on statewide improvements, and solving problems that impact all Montanans. Steps must be taken now to ensure our state and local representatives are dedicated first and foremost to upholding the Constitution of the United States, and serving to protect the rights and sovereignty of all citizens. AMERICA IS NOT A DEMOCRACY, IT’S A REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC. It is incumbent on each of us to understand the difference and to take steps to ensure the torch of freedom is passed on to future generations.
